My passion is User Experience, in particular what I call “the 3 P’s” of design:

• Product - Making beautiful, intuitive, and delightful products that are as easy to use as they are successful.

• People - Making a great experience and environment for both the designers (and others) on my team and the users of our products.

• Process - How we do design on the design team, and how we fit that into how we make products at the company.

When I’m not working on those, you’ll find me at home in Vermont. I’m either spending time with my family, or curating my beloved collection of toys and collectibles, or relaxing with movies and video games.
